Products And Goods
- DIGITAL PRODUCTS You may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. If your request is received on or before the 6th day, a full refund will be issued. Refund requests received on or after the 7th day of purchase will not be honoured. A refund will not be issued if the course has been completed within this 7 day time period.
- PHYSICAL PRODUCTS You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund and initiate the return of an item. If your request is received on or before the 14th day, and the item is postmarked within 3 days of the request, a full refund will be granted. Otherwise, no refund will be issued. Return shipping costs will be covered for orders within the United Kingdom; however, customers outside the UK are responsible for all return shipping, tariff, customs, or other related charges.
1:1 Private Coaching
We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide a fair refund policy for our 1:1 private coaching services. Please carefully review the following terms:
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds for 1:1 private coaching sessions will only be considered if requested within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, refund requests will not be entertained.
- Cancellation Requirement: To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled 1:1 session. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.
- Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us via [contact information]. Your request will be reviewed, and if it meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed.
- Exceptions: In exceptional cases, such as unforeseen emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled 1:1 session without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds, if approved, will be processed promptly. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
